THERE they are! Seven of my favorite fictional people. Chris, Vin, Buck, Ezra, JD, Nathan, and Josiah.
If you had known me in High School or early college, you would have known me at the height of my obsession with this show (that had already been cancelled by this point… I watched a lot of the series off of cassette tapes my High school BFF had made). I still love it to pieces. So… should you watch this?
For my Robin Hood fanfriends… YES. This show has the same combination of camp and heart that RH has at its best, and it mostly knows when it’s being ridiculous. Also, like RH, this is very much a show where the characters are the best thing about it, and these are FUN characters.
For my GoT fanfriends… oh my seven gods I’m struggling to think of an answer for this… probably not. It’s not that great in a lot of ways. It’s fun and silly and occasionally sweet and very occasionally REALLY good. But… OH! There’s something it has in common… the cast LOVED this show. And they loved each other. You know how the GoT cast is always gushing about each other and telling stories about how they all have a grand time on set? Well… the M7 guys were like that. And even years later, when people ask them about the show, they always smile and are like, “Yeah… that was fun…” And you believe them.

Ezra always was my fav from the Magnificent Seven.
Mine too. I mean… I love them all, but Ezra had my number. Well dressed, sarcastic, and morally challenged. Just the way I like my fictional crushes.
